Delivery & Returns
REFUSING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
Clients that refuse to accept the delivery of their parcel will be charged for the courier fee incurred to return such parcel.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Clients are responsible to contact both California Nails on: info@californianails.co.za and The Courier Guy on: jhb@thecourierguy.co.za for any items that are lost or damaged as a result of delivery.
Please note that California Nails is not responsible for any packages after the tracking information indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to destination.
ARE YOU MISSING AN ITEM?
If you receive your parcel and an item is missing, please contact Siena Distribution within 24hrs of receiving your parcel on: michelle@californianails.co.za

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Exchange
California Nails will exchange a product for a client within 72hrs, from the time the parcel has successfully been delivered.
Clients are responsible to pay any difference in price for the exchanged item.
Any courier costs that will be incurred through the exchange process will be for the responsibility of the client.
We do not accept any exchange of items for international orders.
Please email info@californianails.co.za for any information about how to exchange an item.
Refund Policy
California Nails does not accept any refunds for items or any refunds for shipping costs.
